Alka-Seltzer is especially effective when taken before bed and again in the morning. Also for relief of migraine, period pains, aches and pains and discomfort associated with colds or flu. Home medicines should be considered only for minor or temporary ailments and should be used as directed.

Each effervescent tablet contains: Aspirin 324mg Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate 1625mg Citric Acid 965mg Sodium content 445mg per tablet Alka-Seltzer dissolved in water becomes Sodium Acetylsalicylate, Sodium Citrate and Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate
